– Press Release: “New Deep Relaxation Technology Therapy Arrives in the U.S.”
“Veterans, Athletes, Business People and Many Others Benefits from Blu Room Sessions”

“Most scientists and the public agree on the benefits of relaxation. Peer-reviewed medical studies on meditation from Johns Hopkins* and UCLA* (see below) confirm the healing powers such as increased attention span, improved memory, relieving anxiety and depression, pain relief, and spurring creativity.

The Blu Room sessions, consisting of 20 minutes of deep relaxation inside a futuristic octagon bathed in blue UV-B light, uses music, tranquility and technology to produce some of the same results noted in those studies. The Blu Room is a non-invasive, non-surgical practice. It’s not a tanning device, users wear regular clothing.

The Blu Room was invented in Yelm outside of Seattle by JZ Knight, the exclusive channel for Ramtha. Since the first Blu Room opened in 2015, there have been more than 30,000 user sessions provided.”

“There are 11 Blu Rooms in operation throughout the world in in Austria (2), Germany (2), Switzerland (3) and one each in Ecuador, Italy, Japan and in Quebec, Canada. Six more locations will open in 2017 in Aso, Japan; Bathurst, Australia; Calgary, Canada; Mexico City, Mexico; New Taipei City, Taiwan and Osaka, Japan.

There are medical studies on the benefits of Narrowband UVB light therapy such as relief from psoriasis such as “Therapy Of Psoriasis With Narrowband Ultraviolet-B Light Influences Plasma Concentrations Of MMP-2 And TIMP-2 In Patients,” published in the Journal of Therapeutics and Clinical Risk Management in October, 2016,” quoting the Press Release of March 15, 2017.

* Ramtha appeared to JZ Knight 40 years ago this week
* Knight became known as a “channel” of Ramtha and 1980’s New Age movement icon
* Ramtha established his Yelm-based School of Enlightenment (RSE) in 1988
* Yelm acclaimed internationally as a spiritual hub – Ramtha teachings delivered on 6 continents
* RSE has been a Yelm economic engine for decades, thousands have come here annually
* JZ Knight and Ramtha now begin the 5th decade of their remarkable journey together

– On the third Sunday of the second month, February 20, 1977:
“Einstein and I were becoming giddy and downright silly. You can only do so many pyramids, and there are only so many things you can find to go under them. Maybe that is why all those mummies died so young — they laughed them¬selves to death building their graves. At any rate, we began to laugh hysterically. In jest, I grabbed one of the rejects off the floor, held it over my head, and proclaimed, ‘Attention, attention please, you are now about to witness a miracle. We are about to place our new brain machine upon the willing victim, upon whom nature did not smile with great intelli¬gence. Carefully we place the pyramid in the aligned posi¬tion, encompassing the entire head and face. In moments, gentlemen, you will witness a truly magnificent transfor¬mation.’

I placed it on my head, and through peals of laughter from myself and Einstein, I mumbled, ‘I sure hope it works.’ After a few moments, I lifted the end of the pyramid just to eye level and, laughing so hard that tears were streaming from my eyes, I caught the glimmer of a bright light at the other end of my kitchen. The light was blurred by the tears, so I reached for a tissue and wiped the tears away. I blinked, and to my utter shock and amazement, there stood a giant man at the other end of my kitchen . . . just standing there, aglow.

This . . . thing . . . was made all of light, like golden glitter dropped through a ray of sunlight. His shoulders came to the top of the door, and it was as if the ceiling had dis¬appeared to make room for his head. It was beautiful. His robe seemed to be of purple light, a dazzling display of color and crystal against this strangeness of immense human form. An illuminating white overlay formed the broad mantle of his shoulders. I could not make out if jewels and gold flashed upon his heavenly robe or if they were lights. These were the brightest lights and colors I had ever seen, and yet they were not harsh. His face . . . it was the most beautiful face I had ever seen . . . eyes that shone like ebony stones with copper flashes . . . skin, if that is what it was, the coloring of olive, bronze, illuminated, and a fine chiseled nose and a broad jawline and a smile that would rival any Hollywood star’s. My eyes went glassy, like those of a sleepwalker. I could hear voices about me, but they were far away, like in a dream. The power to reason had fled my mind, and I felt pulled into the splendor of that unearthly magic. A blue light blazed and filled the room with an aura of innocence and holy peace that emanated from this stately form. A moment later — I don’t know, maybe it was an hour later — I formed an utterance of words that must have come from a feeble innocence within my being. “You are so beautiful. Who are you?’

A smile so divine parted his lips to reveal glistening, immaculate teeth.

I am Ramtha the Enlightened One. I have come to help you over the ditch.’
The words were delivered in a most melodious manner,” quoting Knight’s New York Times Bestseller book State of Mind.

Washington Supreme Court Denies Coverdale Petition for Review

– Washington Supreme Court Denies Coverdale Petition for Review
RE: Supreme Court Nos. 89193-1 / No. 92803-7

– From the Press Release issued by JZK, Inc., September 6, 2016:
“The Washington Supreme Court has issued an order solidifying JZK, Inc.’s legal victories against Virginia Coverdale, a former student of Ramtha’s School of Enlightenment (RSE). A five-judge panel unanimously denied Coverdale’s request to review a 2013 trial court decision finding that Coverdale had breached two separate written contracts in which she agreed not to disseminate RSE materials without the school’s permission. A three-judge panel of the Court of Appeals, the state’s intermediary appellate court, affirmed the trial court earlier this year. The Supreme Court also ruled that Coverdale would be required to reimburse JZK, Inc. for the legal fees occasioned by her conduct—a sum now exceeding $1 million.”

The Supreme Court’s refusal to accept the case also brings closure to an array of meritless counterclaims that Coverdale asserted against JZK, Inc. and its founder, JZ Knight. In both the original action and a subsequent lawsuit, Coverdale asserted over a dozen separate causes of action including defamation, misrepresentation, violations of consumer protection laws, and civil conspiracy. Despite being represented by at least four separate law firms over the course of the litigation, Coverdale failed to prove a single allegation. Her counterclaims were dismissed in 2013 and her subsequent lawsuit was dismissed by yet another judge in January of 2016.”

This case was not about free speech. It was about theft. This case was only about Virginia Coverdale’s use of a private teaching from an event in February 2012 without permission from JZK, Inc. in breach of her agreement.”

In addition to her court losses, Coverdale walks away with a large debt of court-awarded fees and costs. With accrued monthly interest, the total is presently over $860,000.

* On January 19 of this year, Division II of the Washington State Court of Appeals upheld the decisions of two separate Thurston County Superior Court judges validating JZK, Inc.’s Conditions of Participation agreement and determining that Coverdale violated her agreement.

* As a result, the lower court’s order directing Coverdale to pay JZK, Inc. $600,021 in attorneys’ fees and costs stands. This judgment against Coverdale has accrued interest at 12 percent since the July 19, 2013 fee award was entered.

* JZK, Inc. received an additional award of attorneys’ fees and costs in the amount of $83,625 for prevailing before the Court of Appeals.

*
JZK, Inc. was also awarded attorneys’ fees and costs in the State Supreme Court Order in an amount to be submitted and finalized in the week ahead.”

– JZ Knight’s Letter to the Editor of the Nisqually Valley News
“Several weeks ago, Virginia Coverdale wrote a letter to you stating that she had withdrawn her lawsuit against me and JZK, Inc. because she had lost her appeal of the Thurston County Superior Court rulings against her from July of 2013. She wrote that she did not walk away empty-handed. That is so.

In addition to her court losses, Coverdale walks away with a large debt of court-awarded fees and costs. With accrued monthly interest, the total is presently over $830,000.

On January 19 of this year, Division II of the Washington State Court of Appeals upheld the decisions of two separate Thurston County Superior Court judges validating JZK, Inc.’s Conditions of Participation and determining that Coverdale violated it.

As a result, the lower court’s order directing Coverdale to pay JZK, Inc. $600,021 in attorneys’ fees and costs stands. This judgment against Coverdale has accrued interest at 12 percent since the July 19, 2013 fee award was entered.

JZK, Inc. anticipates an additional award of attorneys’ fees and costs for prevailing before the Court of Appeals. An agreed fee award in the amount of $83,625 was submitted to the appellate court, without opposition, on January 29, 2016.

While Coverdale has sought discretionary review in the Washington Supreme Court, she has already had two other requests for discretionary appellate consideration rejected in this case. Coverdale’s rehashing of the same arguments will bring the same results. Wisdom comes with a steep price.”

– Of note:
Coverdale took her case before two Thurston County Superior Court judges, Division II of the Washington State Court of Appeals and the Washington Supreme Court, all resulting in her losses and the debt burden Knight mentioned above. Even some of Coverdale’s more realistic supporters went on-the-record in The Olympian at the beginning of her pursuit saying this was a simple breach of contract and she would lose.

JZK, Inc. wins on all issues in Coverdale, et al. case – Court of Appeals sides with the trial court and JZK, Inc.

– JZK, Inc. wins against Virgina Coverdale on all grounds except one:
The Court of Appeals agreed with Thurston County Superior Court and JZK on all issues, except one [JZK, Inc is the parent company of Yelm-based Ramtha’s School of Enlightenment (RSE)]:
A. upheld the summary judgment in JZK’s favor (including the attorney fee award to JZK),
B. strongly upheld the language of the school’s Conditions of Participation (CoP),
C. upheld the contempt finding against Coverdale for failing to get the court-ordered appraisal on her car,
D. awarded JZK the company’s reasonable attorneys’ fees under the CoP for opposing the appeal.
E. reversed the contempt order in part and remanded to the trial court to reconsider its contempt decision consistent with this opinion.

– JZ Knight, President of JZK, Inc. told this to the Yelm Community Blog:
I am elated the Appeals Court saw the merits of all points in our case, also siding with the determinations of the Trial Court.
Yes, this was a long process to reach the conclusion of this case, however I have always stood firm against anyone attempting to rewrite the history of our school.
In the final analysis, the facts and truth prevailed.
I want to acknowledge the Courts, the Justices and their staffs, JZK, Inc’s crack team of attorneys, my staff, and the students of RSE, who stood united with all of us and never wavered amid a torrent of negative publicity.

– Unpublished Opinion filed January 19, 2016:
IN THE COURT OF APPEALS OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON DIVISION II
JZK, INC., a Washington corporation, Respondent,
v.
VIRGINIA COVERDALE; JOHN DOES 1-20 and JANE DOES 1-20, also known as ENLIGHTEN ME FREE, Appellant.

– Quoting from the official filed document signed by Judge Worswick:
“JZK, Inc. obtained an injunction, a judgment for attorney fees, a writ of execution, and an order of contempt against Virginia Coverdale after Coverdale posted a video on the Internet in violation of a nondissemination agreement. Coverdale appeals several superior court orders arguing that the court erred by (1) granting JZK summary judgment and denying Coverdale summary judgment on the issue of the contract’s breach, (2) dismissing Coverdale’s affirmative defenses and counterclaims, (3) denying Coverdale’s motion to amend her answer to the complaint, (4) failing to strike JZK’s summary judgment rebuttal brief, and (5) finding Coverdale in contempt of two court orders. We affirm all the superior court’s orders except for the order finding Coverdale in contempt. Accordingly, we reverse the contempt order in part and remand for the court to reconsider its contempt decision consistent with this opinion.”

“A majority of the panel having determined that this opinion will not be printed in the Washington Appellate Reports, but will be filed for public record in accordance with RCW 2.06.040, it is so ordered.”

State Constitution ruling negates one Coverdale ruling –
first ruling remains intact, Coverdale owes $600,000+

JZ Knight News, Press

– “Supreme Court’s Ruling Negates Judgment Against Coverdale”
“Ex-Ramtha’s School of Enlightenment Student Won’t Have to Pay $36,000 ”

“A Washington State Supreme Court ruling is saving ex-Ramtha’s School of Enlightenment student Virginia Coverdale about $36,000.
Coverdale is suing JZ Knight and her company, JZK, Inc., in Thurston County Superior Court.
In December, Thurston County Superior Court Judge Carol Murphy threw out Coverdale’s claims of negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress, while allowing Coverdale’s other claims to move forward.
Murphy ordered Coverdale to pay Knight and JZK, Inc., more than $36,000 in fees and penalties under the state’s anti-SLAPP (strategic lawsuit against public participation) statute.
But the Washington State Supreme Court ruled on May 28 that the anti-SLAPP statute is unconstitutional because it violates a person’s constitutional right to trial by jury.
Now that the statute has been declared unconstitutional, Coverdale doesn’t have to pay the $36,000.”

“The ruling doesn’t affect a judgment from a previous case in which JZK, Inc., sued Coverdale. Coverdale was ordered in July 2013 to pay the company $600,000 in attorney’s fees and court costs,” by Steven Wyble, Nisqually Valley News.
