– As recalled by Knight from 1977, on the third Sunday of the second month [February 20, 1977]:
“Einstein and I were becoming giddy and downright silly. You can only do so many pyramids, and there are only so many things you can find to go under them. Maybe that is why all those mummies died so young — they laughed them¬selves to death building their graves. At any rate, we began to laugh hysterically. In jest, I grabbed one of the rejects off the floor, held it over my head, and proclaimed, ‘Attention, attention please, you are now about to witness a miracle. We are about to place our new brain machine upon the willing victim, upon whom nature did not smile with great intelligence. Carefully we place the pyramid in the aligned position, encompassing the entire head and face. In moments, gentlemen, you will witness a truly magnificent transformation.’

“I placed it on my head, and through peals of laughter from myself and Einstein, I mumbled, ‘I sure hope it works.’ After a few moments, I lifted the end of the pyramid just to eye level and, laughing so hard that tears were streaming from my eyes, I caught the glimmer of a bright light at the other end of my kitchen. The light was blurred by the tears, so I reached for a tissue and wiped the tears away. I blinked, and to my utter shock and amazement, there stood a giant man at the other end of my kitchen . . . just standing there, aglow.

“This . . . thing . . . was made all of light, like golden glitter dropped through a ray of sunlight. His shoulders came to the top of the door, and it was as if the ceiling had dis¬appeared to make room for his head. It was beautiful. His robe seemed to be of purple light, a dazzling display of color and crystal against this strangeness of immense human form. An illuminating white overlay formed the broad mantle of his shoulders. I could not make out if jewels and gold flashed upon his heavenly robe or if they were lights. These were the brightest lights and colors I had ever seen, and yet they were not harsh. His face . . . it was the most beautiful face I had ever seen . . . eyes that shone like ebony stones with copper flashes . . . skin, if that is what it was, the coloring of olive, bronze, illuminated, and a fine chiseled nose and a broad jawline and a smile that would rival any Hollywood star’s. My eyes went glassy, like those of a sleepwalker. I could hear voices about me, but they were far away, like in a dream. The power to reason had fled my mind, and I felt pulled into the splendor of that unearthly magic. A blue light blazed and filled the room with an aura of innocence and holy peace that emanated from this stately form. A moment later — I don’t know, maybe it was an hour later — I formed an utterance of words that must have come from a feeble innocence within my being. ‘You are so beautiful. Who are you?’

“A smile so divine parted his lips to reveal glistening, immaculate teeth.

“‘I am Ramtha the Enlightened One. I have come to help you over the ditch.’ The words were delivered in a most melodious manner.”

Premium Kona Coffee Wins International Cupping Competition

Blu Room-Infused Beans “Secret Ingredient” for Buddha’s Sanctuary

Premium Hawaiian Kona coffee Buddha’s Sanctuary LLC, with five farm single estate high mountain brands, earned the highest honors at the recent International Cupping Competition in Paris.

The prestigious contest was hosted by The Agency for the Valorization of Agricultural Products (AVPA), a non-governmental, non-profit organization in Paris. Buddha’s Sanctuary beat out competitors from around the world. In the estate division, one first-place gold medal was awarded to Imagine 100% Kona Coffee while two second-place silver medals were recognized for Kona Gold and Buddha’s Cup estates.

Buddha’s Sanctuary is a family owned and operated business located on Hawaii’s Big Island in the world-renowned Kona coffee district. Owner Christine Coleman built a Blu Room for her employee’s wellness program and then began experimenting with giving her coffee beans a Blu Room session. The winning coffee beans were infused in the Blu Room before roasting. The Blu Room is a patent-pending technology utilizing UV-B light, music and a unique octagon-shaped room to promote optimal healing and relaxation.

Coleman has seen growing interest in “infused” coffee products and began to experiment within her coffee beans. “Some coffee producers are big on infusing coffee with marijuana right now and there is also wine infused with coffee like Apothic brand,” she said. “Our three medal-winning coffees are the first UVB infused coffees in the world.”

“There are more than a thousand farmers and over 300 labels in the Kona District,” said Coleman. “Over the last 16 years, our family has achieved the highest award-winning coffees statewide so we decided to enter internationally.”

Driven by the Barista movements and the intensive promotional campaigns by major brands, consumers are now willing to pay more for a cup of coffee. They also expect a rich gastronomic experience. Unlike specialty coffee events where all the attention is given to the Baristas, the AVPA distinguishes the roasters directly from their countries of origin.

Cupping contests at the regional and international level have raised the standards for coffee production. Certifications and awards now grace package labels to help both retailers and consumers distinguish quality offerings. For the 2018 AVPA international competition in Paris, 117 entries were submitted by competitors from 25 countries all over the world on four continents – South America, Central America, Africa and Asia.

Coffee judges (cuppers) use 800 terms to describe coffee compared to an enologists (winemakers) who use 400 terms to describe wine. Coleman is the eldest Grandchild of the late Julio Gallo of E&J Gallo Winery and has been in agriculture all of her life. “At a young age I learned the importance of the Aina (land) with attention to detail in each and every step of the process. The Blu Room UVB process is the latest in future technologies for all coffee lovers to enjoy now.”

There is still time to order Buddha’s Sanctuary coffee for the holidays at https://buddhascup.com/.

Buddha’s Sanctuary offers coffee, tea, honey and a vacation retreat at their scenic location at Leleka’ae Waterfalls in the lush forests of Hilo.

Yelm’s award-winning photographer Rory Sagner submitted this photo for National Geographic’s Your Shot story assignment called “Everyday Science.” The submission was an editor “favorite” covered here previously. National Geographic (NatGeo) chose Sagner’s photo Blu Room today along with 15 other finalists from 5906 total submissions from around the world.

Sagner said this when learning of her photo’s selection:
“Needless to say I am absolutely thrilled that this photo was published! Of course it’s wonderful to have one’s work acknowledged, especially when that work is also one’s passion, but the greater meaning for me is in knowing that this will result in so many more people around the world learning about the Blu Room and being able to benefit from it’s amazing effects. I have already been contacted by several people asking about whether there are Blu Rooms in their part of the world!

My deepest gratitude goes out first and foremost to the creator (and now patent holder) of this genius technology, JZ Knight of Yelm, WA., and to my teacher Ramtha, for not only teaching me about ultraviolet blue light healing, but also for showing me how we truly can create our greatest dreams through applying conscious focus and never giving up! I’d also like to thank the amazing staff of the Absolute Health Clinic, home of the West Olympia Blu Room, for asking me to come and photograph both them and the Blu Room for their website. Lastly, I want to thank the National Geographic Your Shot Editors for always providing inspiration, my fellow photographers and friends in our National Geographic Your Shot group on Facebook for their incredible support and invaluable feedback.”

– Rory Sagner’s photo description by NatGeo’s Editor Prasenjeet Yadav:
“This image seems like it’s right out of some sci-fi movie. I love the composition, and the placement of those vertical pillars but more importantly the blue color tone in the frame gives a soothing feel to the image. I also learned something new about the advancements in the medical sector. Lovely image indeed.”

“JZ Knight Talks UFOs, Aliens”
“RSE Leader Says UFOs Regularly Fly Over Her Home Just Outside Yelm City Limits”

“Making her second public appearance in two months, JZ Knight opened the gates to the Ramtha’s School of Enlightenment campus for a special event for Yelm’s first UFO Fest.

She was a guest interviewee at the Triad Theater’s Who’s Who in the Nisqually Watershed Mountain to Sea Series hosted by Steve Craig on July 5. The audience consisted mainly of current and past students of RSE, although a show of hands indicated a handful of audience members were new to the campus.

The speech on Saturday [July 29, 2017], hosted in the “Great Hall” on the campus of RSE, began with Knight’s reasoning behind the possible existence of UFOs, aliens and extraterrestrials,” by Andrew Kollar, Nisqually Valley News.

– Published in The Olympian, July 26, 2017:
“Weekend plans have you feeling spaced out? Beam over to Yelm’s first UFO Fest”
“The first Yelm UFO Fest is set to launch this weekend, and organizers are preparing to welcome visitors from beyond. Or at least beyond Yelm.”

“JZ Knight, president of Ramtha’s School of Enlightenment in Yelm and known for her claims that she channels a 35,000-year-old warrior spirit named Ramtha, also will speak as part of the festival. Knight’s speech will be held at Ramtha’s School of Enlightenment, and admission is $50.”

“The festival was organized through a partnership between The Triad Arts Theater, Nisqually Valley News, and Puget Sound Entertainment. Michael Wagar, publisher at Nisqually Valley News, and his friend Steve Craig hatched the idea during a casual conversation. Then offers to help began pouring in.”

“Jayne offered to host — a UFO fest was right up her alley and the Triad could use a fundraiser. Cory Kolilis at Puget Sound Entertainment offered his festival set-up expertise. The City of Yelm was supportive. It was perfect ‘synchronicity,’ as several organizers described it.”

“Jayne hopes that the UFO Fest will provide an opportunity for people of “all walks of life” to come together, dress up in their best alien garb, and celebrate being ‘a little out there.’

‘Yelm is coming out of the closet, baby,’ Jayne said,” by Zoe Sayler, The Olympian.

Kicking it off is JZ Knight, president of JZK, Inc., and Ramtha’s School of Enlightenment. Cameron Jayne, theater director, said she is pleased and excited to bring people with notable and interesting backgrounds to the theater to be interviewed with time at the end of each session for public Q and A. It is a huge opportunity for the community to learn about individuals in the Nisqually watershed who are making a difference in a variety of ways.
