Please checkout CAFR1.com for a breakdown of the budget : be it state.local, school, & Federal whom receive government funding ? As of 2005 the total stood at about 70 TRILLION dollars, with interest bearing between %10 to 23 % . People have to understand that this needs a little training, along with some secrecy due to the fact if a reporter mentions it in the media, they will get fired . Solari.com had mentioned a $30 educational game for breaking these accounting entries down to good data . I saw it on the treasury website in 1990's thanks to AL Gore .
